I’m sure if you’re reading my blog you’ve probably conducted several mock drafts, hopefully you’ve varied your strategy to assess what would be the best direction to go. I have done countless mock drafts and have definitely decided on a strategy. Your strategy should heavily depend on how your league is scored.

I generally play in PPR (point per reception) leagues so I have decided that a QB in the first round is out of the question. However, draft position also comes into play and is something that must be considered when you draft in the first round. What do you guys think? What have been your experiences with your mocks?

2011 Fantasy Football Season

Posted: August 22, 2011 in Uncategorized

Welcome to http://profantasyplayer.wordpress.com/.

This blog will focus on the upcoming 2011¬†fantasy football year. This year has gotten off to a rocky start considering the lockout took up nearly the whole off-season. Many fantasy football owners haven’t really had a whole off-season to scout and research players and depth charts. Basically what usually takes 3-4 months of work has been condensed down to a month. Nevertheless it has been an exciting month! Players have been shuffled and rookies have been signed. This pre-season is ever so vital for the fantasy owner, more so than any other.
